The perspective I bring

I connect executive priorities to the realities of leading people and running practices. Each session is shaped around your audience, the challenges they face, and what they need to do next.

Signature topics

Three conversations.
One focus: better execution.

01 / EXECUTION

From Strategy
to Results

A strategic priority becomes useful when leaders know what to do, who owns the work, and how progress will be reviewed. This session explores the gap between an executive decision and consistent execution across practices.

FOR CEOs, COOs, owners, and leadership teams

  • Translate strategy into a practical operating plan.
  • Connect accountability to authority, resources, and capacity.
  • Use metrics and meeting cadence to surface barriers and drive follow-through.

The takeaway: A practical set of questions for identifying where execution is breaking down and what needs to change.

02 / LEADERSHIP

Develop the Leaders
Who Deliver the Plan

Many managers were promoted because they were excellent individual performers. Leading people requires a different set of capabilities—and deliberate support. This session connects leadership development to the work the business needs delivered.

FOR Executive, regional, practice, and clinical leaders

  • Recognize the shift from solving every problem to developing the team.
  • Clarify roles and reduce competing priorities.
  • Build confidence in delegation, performance conversations, and decision-making.

The takeaway: Specific ways to give managers clearer expectations and better support as they lead.

03 / GROWTH

Hygiene as Your
Growth Lever

Hygiene growth depends on more than filling an open position or raising a daily production goal. It requires operational and clinical leaders working together on capacity, patient retention, standards of care, and team development.

FOR Dental group executives, clinical leaders, and hygiene leaders

  • Examine available capacity and the barriers to using it effectively.
  • Connect reappointment, patient retention, and clinical collaboration to growth.
  • Define the leadership ownership and measures needed to sustain progress.

The takeaway: A starting point for making hygiene a deliberate part of the same-store growth plan.
